The Councillor of Tourism of the City of Fortuna, D.
Miguel Romero Valera, accompanied by the Director General of Tourism, Ms. Marina García, inaugurated this morning the Hospedería Rural La Garapacha, located in the village of Fortuna which it is named, in what was formerly a public school.
The restoration work has been funded with more than 300,000 euros by the Tourism Promotion Plan of the Northeast Region of Murcia, which holds the presidency Fortuna, in addition to funds received from the Directorate General of Tourism in the amount of 15,000 euros for equipment.
This inauguration is set in motion the first phase of the Rehabilitation Plan Home-School lodgings for the Fortuna City Council has set up, which will join the rural houses in the hamlets of Rambla Salada and Capra, whose works are already well advanced.
