The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia, in the framework of the 'Plan against theft in homes', has arrested the alleged perpetrator of a robbery in a Fortuna property.
The arrested man was surprised by residents of the area while committing the robbery and was arrested by agents while fleeing the place.
The proceedings began when, thanks to citizen collaboration, the Civil Guard was alerted to the impending commission of a robbery in a Fortuna house.
Apparently, the author had taken advantage of the meal time to access the interior of the building, climbing the balcony of the same, with the intention of subtracting any valuables.
One of the patrols of Prevention of Citizen Security, which the Benemérita had on duty at that moment, moved to the place indicated by the neighbors and surprised a young man who had begun the escape of the place.
Next, the Civil Guard initiated the corresponding investigation with the practice of an exhaustive eye inspection in the house, as well as an examination of the surroundings to obtain all the possible indications.
Inside the house, all the rooms were revolted and disorderly.
It was also found that various objects were ready for later transfer.
In view of the evidence obtained, the young man was arrested as alleged perpetrator of robbery with force in housing, a criminal act frustrated thanks to citizen collaboration.
The investigation remains open, not ruling out more actions and the involvement of more people in the criminal act clarified by the members of the Civil Guard.
The 23-year-old Spanish arrested, a neighbor of Cieza and with a history of similar crimes and the proceedings taken have been made available to the Court of Instruction of Cieza (Murcia).
